Weston's home ground, Rockwell Automation Park,  has been the home of Weston Football club since 1955 and has witnessed some of the greatest players and teams in the history of Northern Football. The famous park also boasts some of the best facilities in the North.

A grandstand, completed in the early eighties straddles the halfway line. It has upstairs seating with a small terraced area on ground level. The stand has change room facilities for home, away teams and a referee's room. Office facilities and a canteen are also included in its design.

Rockwell Automation Park has two entrance and exit gates for spectators, with 2 sides of the ground allowing cars to park around its perimeter. The park is superbly floodlit with training grounds flanking the main arena. Club sponsor, the Weston Workers Club, is also located next to the ground allowing spectators to enjoy a meal and activities before and after the games.

2009 saw ongoing improvements to the ground with the main grandstand bird proofed. Another major improvement saw the installation of 400 plastic bucket seats in both the main and open stands.

Further improvements in 2011 & 2012 saw water lines and automatic irrigation installed on the main playing and training fields. The Canteen was completely refurbished and dressing sheds received a full upgrade.

In 2016 concrete paths were laid around the perimeter of the playing field making it much easier for everyone to navigate the facility. The popular open tier stand was fully refurbished and will now provide many more years of service.
