After a scoreless first half where custodian James Geraeds (right) made some crucial saves the Bears tried hard to play football but the hard ground and quality opposition made it difficult. Weston fell behind 1-0 with 13 minutes remaining and copped the knockout blow with 5 minutes remaining.
In their first season at Weston and as a team they really did well and, more importantly, improved.
Coach Gary Fisher and Manager, Mark Hall, have worked hard and always encouraged the boys to play the game the way it's meant to be.
On behalf of everyone at the Club - well done, thank you & C'mon you Bears!
