With the potential of restrictions lifting shortly and spots still available in our Junior Development League (JDL ) program the club is re-opening Expressions of Interest (EOI) for players who are looking to join one of the Weston Bears JDL teams for the 2022 season.
Interested players will be required to attend two (2) sessions where they will have the opportunity to showcase their skills under the guidance of Weston's JDL coaching staff.

The Weston Workers Bears Football Club are excited to announce Dutch striker, Moustafa Mohammad, has signed with the club.
The powerful forward also possess plenty of finesse and will join his teammates in the pre-season and spearhead the Bears attack in 2022.
We all warmly welcome Moustafa to the club and look forward to seeing him in the famous black and white vertical stripes.
The Weston Workers Bears Football Club is delighted to announce Andre Gumprecht has joined the club as Technical Director of the Bears Junior Development League and National Premier League Youth programs.
Andre has played professionally at the highest level in Germany and Australia, is highly accredited - which includes holding an ‘A’ Licence and is part of the Senior College Coaching Team at the Central Coast Sports College.
Bears President, Rod Henderson, said “Andre brings a whole new level of experience and infectious enthusiasm to this important role and we cannot wait to get started. Along with the appointment of Andre the Bears have begun the transformation of Rockwell Automation Park with work about to start on the installation of the new Video Scoreboard, high intensity LED ground lighting and an upgrade of seating and viewing areas. “
