Mixed results for the young Bears from their preliminary finals today.
The U/15s disappointingly went out of their competition losing 4-3 against Maitland after leading 3-0 at half time. Despite the result congratulations on making it to the pointy end of the season lads.
The U/13s however, defeated Valentine Pheonix 2-0. The young Bears took a 1-0 lead to the half time break via a Joey Sinclair goal. Joey struck again in the second half of a game that the Bears thoroughly deserved to win. This is the players first year at Weston and the Club congratulates you all on you fantastic efforts this year.
