Weston welcomed the resurgent Adamstown Rosebud to Rockwell Automation Park for their round 10 NNSW NPL match.
The U19s after falling behind early again came back to record a fine 5-1 win and confirm their spot at the top of the table.
In a super display the U22s continued their fine form recording a 4-0 victory.
After two very good wins against league leaders it was not going to get any easier. In a match that saw both sides have opportunities and penalty claims turned down it was Rosebud who came from behind to record a 1-2 win. Robbie Turnbull had given the Bears the lead mid way through the first half but it was cancelled out just before half time to send the teams into the sheds at 1-1.
It was former Scottish international Garry Kenneth in the 80th minute from a free kick that took all 3 points to Adamstown.
Weston's NPL youth teams were on the road this week heading to Adamstown Oval for their round 15 games against Rosebud.
As always the effort and performances in black & white were fantastic and reflective of the hard work these lads are putting in - win, lose or draw.
