The Bears welcomed West Wallsend at Thomas & Coffey Park for round 8 of the NBN State League. The last time the clubs met was in round 1, both sides squandered many chances and it ended in a 1-1 draw.

The match started brightly for the Bears with the first chance of the game coming in only the 2nd min when they fired a shot across the Westy keeper, but the shot slid past the post and out for a goal kick.

r7bThe Bears welcomed Hamilton Olympic to Thomas & Coffey Park for round 7 of the NBN State League.

The Bears went into the game without the inform Robbie Turnbull due to suspension after his 2 yellow cards in last week's draw against Edgeworth.
