South Cardiff Gunners were the next to take on the top of the table Bears in the round 11 match at Thomas & Coffey Park.
Most games this season the Bears have been firing right from the get go but the start of this match was something special with a Bears goal coming with barely 90 seconds on the clock. Mick Ryan was the scorer after gaining the ball wide on the right hand side of the pitch. Ryan then cut back inside and fired his shot from the edge of the 18 yard box which hit the far post and deflected into the goal for an early 1-0 lead.
