The Bears travelled to Wanderers Oval to take on Broadmeadow Magic for round 17 of the NBN State League in what was their 5th game in 15 days.
Jamie Subat almost gave the Bears a dream start with only 90 seconds on the clock. Subat muscled his way through the Magic's defence only to miss time his 1 on 1 challenge with the keeper and the chance went begging.

Weston took all 3 points in the rescheduled match at Westy. Goals to Rob Macbeth and Rhys Tippett saw Weston come from a goal down to claim the win.
U23s went down 3-0 while the U18s had a great 2-0 win.
