The Weston Workers Bears Football Club are pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Piggott as Head coach for the 2014 and 2015 seasons.
Current Head coach Darren Elkin informed the club some 2 weeks ago he couldn't committ to the 2014 season due to Work and Family committments.Weston acknowledge Darrens efforts over the last 4 years and we wish him all the best for the remainder of this year and the future.
The Bears U15s were again in action on Sunday as they took on Edgeworth. Their 2nd game in 2 days and after a super result on the Saturday the young Bears had to settle for a 1-1 draw this time. Finding the net for Weston was N Hall.
